How much does it cost to open a Djamo Business account?
Opening is free. There are no signup, processing, or activation fees. You only pay when you use the transfer or collection services.
How are API transfer fees charged?
The 1% fee applies to the amount of each transfer, whether single or mass. The exact amount is shown before every transaction.
Are there fees on transfers from the web app?
No. Bank transfers made from the Djamo Business web app are entirely free, including mass payments to your employees or suppliers.
What collection methods are available?
You can collect payments via QR code at your point of sale, or via a payment link shared with your customers. Both methods are charged at 1% of the amount collected.
