Create beautiful designs on Canva with your Djamo card
Faced with the complexity of Photoshop, Canva is a great alternative for creating beautiful, simple designs. With Canva, you don’t need to be a design expert - templates are ready to go and easy to tweak to your taste.
On Canva, you can create graphics, presentations, posters, documents, and other visual content for social media. You can also edit designs and upload your own photos to edit.
The platform is free, but it offers paid subscriptions for extra features.
How to create an account
- To create a Canva account, download the app from the Play Store or the App Store.
- Once you’ve downloaded the app, tap one of the sign-in methods - Facebook or Google - to create your account.
- And that’s it. You can start creating beautiful visuals.
Canva does have a free version, but to get the more interesting features, subscribe to Premium, which is more complete. Canva also gives you a free trial so you can try out the Premium features before paying.
To get the Premium version, add your Djamo card and follow the instructions.
How to add your card

How to pay for a subscription
Once your card is added to Google, here’s how to pay:
- Open the Canva app and tap the Canva Pro tab
- Top up your Djamo card according to the Canva Pro plan you want, including a 2,000 F buffer for dollar fluctuations
- Go back to the app, tap Canva Pro again, then Upgrade to Canva Pro
- A Google Pay or Apple Pay screen appears with your payment details
- Tap Subscribe and you’re done
How to unsubscribe
If you’ve tried Canva and don’t want to renew your subscription, you can unsubscribe.
Note: Renewal is automatic, so unsubscribe about two days before the end of the subscription if your balance is low - that way you avoid rejection fees.
To unsubscribe via the Play Store:
- Go to the Play Store
- Tap the icon in the top left corner
- Tap “Subscriptions” and follow the instructions
