Enjoy your Netflix movies 🎬 by subscribing in a flash
You’ve seen the latest film and series releases and you’re afraid you’ll miss them? Don’t worry. Here are a few tips for getting the most out of Netflix. With your Djamo VISA card, you can sign up for Netflix and enjoy your favorite film.

How to create a Netflix account
Creating a Netflix account is simple. Just follow these steps:

- Download the Netflix app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Open the app, tap “Get started,” and you’ll be asked for an email and password.
- Next, pick your plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium).
- Then enter your Djamo card details (your first and last name as shown in the “Cards” section of your Djamo app, the card number on the front, the expiry date, and the 3-digit security code on the back).
- Once confirmed, you’ll get a confirmation email.

Note: to avoid rejection fees, you must top up your card before adding it to Netflix as a payment method.
The different plan types
When creating your account, you’ll need to pick a plan. Don’t worry - you can change it later. Netflix offers three plans:
- Basic: watch Netflix on one device at a time. You can’t share your account.
- Standard: watch in HD on 2 screens at the same time. Share your account with a friend or family member and you can both watch HD video at the same time.
- Premium: the full package. Share with 3 other people, who can watch different content at the same time on any device. Ultra HD and compatible with 4K devices.

Pick the plan that fits your taste (and budget), then click “Continue.”
Activating a device
With the Premium account, you can share your subscription across multiple devices and people. You can add or remove people anytime. In the Netflix app, tap:
- Activate your device - you’ll be taken to a web page.
- Follow the steps shown in the screenshot below, and you’re set.

Change your billing day
You can change your monthly billing date. Your billing date is the day you signed up for Netflix. To change it:
- Tap Change your billing date.
- You’ll be taken to a web page. Tap “Choose a new billing day.”
- Pick the day you want and confirm. Each month, on that date, you’ll be charged automatically. Make sure to top up your card before the charge.
If your billing date doesn’t exist in a given month (say, the 31st), you’ll be billed on the last day of that month. Monthly fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle, and it can take a few days for them to show up on your account.
Heads up: if you change your billing date, Netflix will immediately charge your card for the number of days until the next billing date (for example, if you change from the 1st to the 10th, you’ll be charged for those first 10 days).

You can also view your billing in the Billing details option. For every charge, you get the full info, including the exact amount and date.

Manage payment info
As shown, you can update your payment info and many other options.
