How to book a flight ticket with no fees ✈️

Thanks to the internet, booking a flight without leaving home has never been easier. Airlines like Air France, Corsair, Brussels Airlines, Emirates, Ethiopian Airlines, Qatar Airways, Royal Air Maroc, or Air Côte d’Ivoire make it easy via their websites. Not sure how? We’ll walk you through it.

Booking your ticket - where to start?

We’ll walk you through the booking process step by step using Air Côte d’Ivoire as an example.

Search for a flight

Start by going to the Air Côte d’Ivoire site. From the homepage, you’ll see the booking options on the left.

• Choose your departure city (Abidjan - Côte d’Ivoire) and your arrival city
• Then your departure and return dates
• The number of passengers, then tap continue
• A new page opens where you can choose the best fare for your outbound flight (Visit, Excursion, Full FARE ECO… or a promo fare during promotions)
• Scroll down to choose the fare for the return flight, then tap continue

Enter your personal information

After tapping continue, you’ll be redirected to the next page where you fill in a form. You’ll be asked to enter title (Mr., Mrs. or Ms.), first and last name. Once that’s done, tap continue.

• On the next page, enter your email address, your phone number, and information about your emergency contact, then tap continue
• Next, you’ll fill in your ID document details

Ticket delivery

After entering your personal info, you’ll move to payment - but first, you’ll see a summary of how your ticket will be sent (electronically) and the details of the ID document you entered.

Pay

The last step is payment. This is the critical step - you’re about to finalize the booking. Double-check that all the info is correct because it’ll appear on your ticket. Tickets are generally non-refundable, so be sure of your order details before confirming. The payment looks like this:

• On the page, you’ll see the total amount to pay (for a round trip)
• Select “Credit card”, then Visa
• Enter your card details (your full name as shown in the “Cards” section of your Djamo app, the card number on the front, the expiration date, and the 3-digit security code on the back)
• When you’re done, tap continue. You’ll get a verification code (3D Secure via SMS) - enter it as soon as you receive it
• Once your order is processed, you’ll get a confirmation email

Before confirming the payment, you’ll see a summary of your booking (price, dates, etc.).
