How to create an account
Admiral Markets lets you open a personal account or a business account. Opening a trading account is quick and simple. Follow these steps:
- To sign up, follow this Trader Space link
- Once signed up and logged in, go to the Dashboard tab.
- Click Open Real or Demo MetaTrader 5 Account.
- Choose the âInvest.MT5â account for cash stocks and ETFs (an investment fund made up of stocks or bonds from several hundred companies or bonds from several countries).
- Choose the Currency of your account.
- Verify your phone number
- Choose your country of residence
- After clicking NEXT, enter the phone verification code and click CONFIRM
- Send your supporting documents via the Documents tab to open the account (A front/back copy of your ID card or passport, proof of address less than 3 months old for non-European countries including water, gas, electricity bills or a bank statement, the client contract - automatically generated through your Trader Space once your real account request is completed)
Note: With Admiral Markets, cash stocks are only available on the Trade.MT4 stock trading account on the MetaTrader 5 platform.
How to verify your identity
To verify your identity quickly, download the Admiral Markets app from Google Play or the App Store. Once downloaded and installed, open it and follow these steps:
- Go to the Menu in the top left and select âVerificationâ
- Pick your country and the type of document used for verification (driverâs license, ID card or passport)
- Take a photo of yourself holding your phone vertically (portrait photo)
- Take a photo of the front and back of your ID
- Take a photo of yourself holding your ID near your face and just wait for the app to register your data
Note: If your documents match Admiralâs requirements, they open your account quickly, within 1 day max. The timing isnât guaranteed, but sometimes the account can be opened within 1-2 hours.

How to fund your account
- In the âTransferâ tab, you can fund your account with a Djamo Visa card
- Click âdepositâ and follow the steps to add your card and make a first deposit (Your first and last name as shown in the left menu of the app, the card number on the front of the card, the expiration date, the 3-digit security code on the back of the card)
Note: The minimum amount to open an Admiral Markets trading account depends on the account type: Trade.MT4 starts at 100 euros, Zero.MT4 at 100 euros, Trade.MT5 at 100 euros, Zero.MT5 at 100 euros, Admiral Invest at 1 euro and Risque.LimitĂŠ.MT4 at 500 euros.


Processing deposits and withdrawals
Admiral processes deposits within 24 business hours. Once you make a deposit on your Admiral account, the funds will be transferred to your trading account within one business day between 09:00 and 17:00, once the transferred amount has been credited to Admiral Markets UK Ltdâs bank account. Withdrawal requests received by Admiral Markets UK Ltd after 17:00 GMT or during the weekend, holidays or bank closing days will be processed on the next business day.

Admiral allows deposits with your VISA card but doesnât currently allow withdrawals. You can then add your card on PayPal to make withdrawals from Admiral.
How to invest in the stock market online with Admiral
- Sign in to your Admiral Invest MetaTrader 5 account
- Go to the âMarket Watchâ tab - metatrader market watch
- Click in the âClick to addâŚâ space
- Type the name of the stock of your choice
- Pick the symbol of your choice from the suggestions
- Right-click the stock and choose âChart Windowâ
- Once the chart appears, click âNew Orderâ
- Buy the price of the chosen stock and follow the steps
