How to order on Zalando
Ordering on Zalando is simple.
- Go to the Zalando website
- Click the category you want. Shoes? Clothes? Accessories?
- Filter by brand, model, color, gender, price, delivery type, etc.
- Once you’ve picked a product, add it to your cart
- Click the cart icon in the top-left corner of the site to see your order details
- Click order
- You’ll be prompted to create an account and confirm your purchase

How to pay with your card
Zalando accepts Visa cards, including the Djamo card.
After creating your account, you’ll be asked for your Djamo card details to confirm your order. Fill in the form with (your first and last name as they appear in the left-hand menu of the app, the card number on the front, the expiration date, and the 3-digit security code on the back). You’ll get a Verified By VISA code by email, SMS or notification to confirm your payment.
Visa payments are secure. To save you time, Zalando stores your card details on their site for your next visit.
Zalando will charge your Djamo card when your package leaves their warehouse.
Note: If you entered your card details but your order wasn’t confirmed, it means the order wasn’t recorded and your card wasn’t charged. Try again later.

How to get delivery in Abidjan

How to cancel an order
Wrong item? Changed your mind? No problem. If your order hasn’t been confirmed yet, you can cancel it. If the deadline has passed, you can no longer cancel, but you have 100 days to return it for free. Here’s how:
- Click “My orders” in your account.
- Select an order by clicking “View order”.
- Click “Cancel order” to cancel the whole thing, or “Cancel an item” to cancel just one.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
