- First, pick the item you want and click “Add to cart.”
- Then choose the size you want and click the icon in the top right to continue. Zara then lets you create a user account or continue as a guest.
- When you click “Continue as guest,” you land directly on the delivery details.
- Fill in all the fields, then click “continue” at the bottom left.
- You’ll see a new page with the payment methods.
- Click the VISA logo to add your Djamo card details, and you’re done! You’re charged and your order is in. The delivery time is shown at the bottom of the item.
Return policy
You received your item and you’re not satisfied? Zara is known for its easy and effective exchange and refund process. If you want to return an item bought on Zara for free, you have 30 days from the shipping date of your order. The money will be credited back within 14 days if you choose a refund. Items must keep all tags and be in perfect condition. All products on sale can be returned, except for Zara personalized items and underwear. The refund of a Zara item is free.
